Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram sits in Sector 29, the part of Delhi NCR people actually go out in: restaurants and bars a walk from the lobby, and the whole of Gurugram's tech district on the doorstep. Big rooms, a proper ballroom, and space for all 300 of us across the two days.

Flying in
About 15 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL): 30 to 45 minutes by road, longer in evening traffic. Direct flights from most major cities. Arrive Thursday evening if you hold a VIP ticket: the speaker dinner runs that night.
Make a trip of it
You will have crossed the world to get here, so stay a little longer. Old Delhi is an hour away, and the Taj Mahal at Agra a morning's drive, if you can spare the extra days.
