Privacy

Your data, plainly.

Beyond Search Summit is organised by PageTraffic Web Tech Pvt Ltd. This page explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We only collect what we need to run the summit and talk to you, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

When you fill in a form

Our waitlist, speaker and sponsor forms run on Google Forms. When you submit one, we collect what you type: usually your name, email, company and whatever the form asks. We use it to reply to you and to run the summit.

When you buy a ticket

Payments are handled by Razorpay (rupees) and Stripe (US dollars). They collect your payment and billing details directly and securely; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email and what you bought so we can issue your ticket and a GST invoice.

When you email us

If you write to hello@ or partners@, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and remember the conversation.

When you visit the site

Our host, Vercel, records basic, privacy-friendly analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device) so we can see what is useful. We also run Google Tag Manager, which lets us add and manage measurement tools in one place rather than one at a time. Today that means Ahrefs analytics for site traffic. When we begin advertising the summit, we will also use measurement tools from LinkedIn, Meta and Google to understand and reach people who have shown interest; this page will be updated the day any of those go live.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the summit, and only for that purpose: Google (forms), Razorpay and Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and our email provider. Each keeps your data under its own security and privacy terms. If advertising tools are switched on later, this page will already reflect them above.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the summit and our records, and no longer than the law requires for things like tax and invoices. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

Wherever you are, and in line with the EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can:

  • Ask us what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to stop emailing you, any time, with one reply.

To do any of these, email hello@beyondsearchsummit.com and we will sort it out.
