Speakers

Feb 26-27, 2027 · New Delhi, India

People who have
actually done it.

Two days. One stage. No parallel tracks. We care about the work, not the speaking circuit.

2027 line-up

Announcing soon.

If you would like to be among them, the call is open below.

What we are looking for

Bold ideas, real results.

No sales pitches and no product demos. We want the hard-won material: what you tried, what broke, what the numbers actually did, and what someone in the room could go and use on Monday morning.

AI search and generative engines Technical SEO for AI search Automation and agentic workflows Local and vertical discovery Content and authority Measurement and visibility

These are the areas we expect to cover. If your talk does not fit any of them, that is often a good sign. Tell us anyway.

The format

One stage, one format.

Workshop

45 minutes

Hands-on and practical. People should leave having done the thing rather than watched someone describe it.

Main stage talk

30 minutes

Delivered to the full room. No parallel tracks, so nobody is sitting in another hall while you speak, and nobody has to choose between you and someone else.

Day one leans towards workshops and day two towards talks. Tell us which suits your session and we will confirm placement once the line-up is set.

What you get

Speaker perks.

01

Full access pass

Both days, every session, and the Beyond Search Awards night.

02

Session recording

A professional recording of your talk, yours to use however you like.

03

Professional photography

Shot on the day and sent across to you afterwards.

04

Pre-event promotion

Across our channels, including a podcast audience of 45,000 and counting.

05

VIP Speaker Dinner

Thursday 25 February, with the other speakers, partners and organisers, before the summit opens.

06

Full A/V support

Sound check, technical setup and a production team with you on the day.

How we choose

What clears the bar.

There is one stage and no parallel tracks, so every session has to hold the whole room. Nobody can slip out to something else. That is why the bar is where it is, and why we turn down good speakers.

Every proposal is read by the Advisory Board against a single question: would someone doing this work learn something new?

What gets you on

Work you actually shipped

Not a prediction and not a framework you sketched for the talk. Something you built or ran, with the outcome attached.

Numbers you can put on a slide

What moved, by how much, over what period. Directional is fine. Vague is not.

A method the room can copy

People should be able to go and do it on Monday, not just admire that you did it.

The part that went wrong

What broke, what you would not repeat, what it cost you. Usually the most useful ten minutes of any talk.

What does not

  • A product demo with a story wrapped around it
  • A deck you have already given four times this year
  • Predictions with nothing underneath them
  • Anything a language model could have written for you

First-time speakers are genuinely welcome. If you have the insight but not the stage practice, we will help you prepare. Being new is not the thing that keeps people off this stage.

Before you apply.

Who is speaking?

A mix of Indian and international practitioners, announced ahead of the summit.

When and where is it?

26 and 27 February 2027, in New Delhi, India.

How do I apply?

Through the form at the bottom of this page. Every application is read. You do not need an introduction or a contact on the inside.

Do you cover travel and accommodation?

If you are travelling to India from abroad, we discuss travel and accommodation support case by case. If you are travelling within India, we ask you to cover your own travel.

Is there a speaker fee?

No. There is no fee to speak and no fee paid to speakers. What you get is the package above.

I have never spoken at a conference. Should I apply?

Yes. First-time speakers are genuinely welcome, and if you have the insight but not the stage practice, we will help you prepare.

Can sponsors apply to speak?

Sponsored slots are handled separately from this call. Email partners@beyondsearchsummit.com and we will take it from there.

Final step

Submit your proposal.

Applications close on 31 October 2026. We read every one, and we come back to people as we go rather than all at the end.
