Tickets and refunds.
Short version: cancel before 30 November 2026 and you get your money back. After that you can still pass your seat to someone else.

What you are buying
A ticket to Beyond Search Summit 2027, held on 26 and 27 February 2027 in New Delhi, India. Your ticket admits one named person to every session across both days, the catering listed on the ticket, and the Beyond Search Awards night.
VIP tickets also include the VIP Speaker Dinner on the evening of Thursday 25 February 2027, the day before the summit opens. Travel and accommodation are not included with any ticket.
Refunds
Cancel before 30 November 2026 and we will refund you in full. Email us from the address you booked with and we will send it back to the card or account you paid from.
After 30 November 2026 tickets are non-refundable. From that point we are committing venue and catering costs against confirmed numbers, and an empty seat still costs us the same.
Transferring your ticket
Tickets are transferable to someone else at any time up to 14 days before the summit, including after the refund window has closed. Send us the new attendee's name, email and company and we will move the booking across. There is no charge for this.
If you cannot make it, this is almost always the better route. Your colleague gets the seat and you are not out of pocket.
If the dates change
If we move the summit to different dates, your ticket moves with it. If the new dates do not work for you, tell us within 30 days of the announcement and we will refund you in full, whenever that happens.
If we cancel the summit outright, every ticket is refunded in full.
Prices and tax
Rupee prices on the tickets page are shown before tax. The amount charged at checkout adds 18% GST, and a GST invoice is raised against it. If you need a GST invoice for input credit, email your GSTIN to hello@beyondsearchsummit.com after booking and we will raise it.
US dollar prices already include the same 18%. The summit takes place in India, so the tax applies wherever you are buying from, and overseas buyers cannot claim Indian input credit.
