What you are buying

A ticket to Beyond Search Summit 2027, held on 26 and 27 February 2027 at the Crowne Plaza, Gurugram, Delhi NCR. Your ticket admits one named person to every session across both days, the catering listed on the ticket, and the Beyond Search Awards night.

VIP tickets also include the VIP Speaker Dinner on the evening of Thursday 25 February 2027, the day before the summit opens. Travel and accommodation are not included with any ticket.

If the dates change

If we move the summit to different dates, your ticket moves with it. If the new dates do not work for you, tell us within 30 days of the announcement and we will refund you in full, whenever that happens.

If we cancel the summit outright, every ticket is refunded in full.

Prices and tax

Rupee prices on the tickets page are shown before tax, and 18% GST is added to them. The checkout page shows the ticket price, the GST and the total before you pay, and the total is the amount charged. US dollar prices include GST, so the amount you see is the amount charged. A GST invoice is raised against every booking; if you need it for input credit, email your GSTIN to hello@beyondsearchsummit.com after booking and we will raise it against it.

The summit takes place in India, so the tax applies wherever you are buying from. Overseas buyers cannot claim Indian input credit.
